Mercury Retrograde...what it is and how we are going to get through it together

It's that time of the year again. Mercury retrograde is gracing us with it's presence! But what is Mercury retrograde? Well, there are usually about 4 times in the year where Mercury slows down and looks to have stopped moving and started going backwards. Hence the word, "retrograde". So your saying, "Ok, that's fine, but what does that mean for me?". Well, a lot actually. As many of you already know, mercury retrograde is a time when communications are lost, and messages are misunderstood. But it can also be a time of growth and re-discovery. Here a few ways we can get through this difficult and prosper:

Give yourself plenty of time to get places. There may be traffic delays, car breakdowns, cell issues and more. Make sure you leave a few minutes early on your way to early appointments.

Take some time to sit and reflect. Because everything has slowed down, it's a good time to reflect on what you have done up to this point and look at areas that can be improved.

Don't make any major plans. Planning trips, vacations, large purchases, try to see is they can wait until after July 1st, just to make sure that things don't get messes up or lost in translation.

Extra careful with your words. Make sure you take time when you speak and really think about how you want your words to come across.

Don't gloss over serious issues. Get to the root of problems when they come up and make sure things get straightened out when they need to be. Take a look at your dreams and aspirations and make sure you are following them.Take a look at your life and make sure you are doing everything you can to accomplish your dreams and goals.
