Scheduling Policies:
-Readings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before your reading. If cancel within 24 hours, no refund will be given unless in the case of an emergency.
-If you schedule a reading, please be on time for your reading (please be there to answer the phone when I call). As your time is very valuable, so is mine.
-If you are late for your reading, we will still end your reading at the time originally planned. You can not make for up lost time.
-No same day appointments.
-No refunds will be given to anyone who is a no-show for their reading unless in the case of an
emergency. If you are a no-show more than once, I will not be reading for you again.
