Store Policy
Scheduling Policies:
-Readings and Shamanic Healings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before your reading. If cancel within 24 hours, no refund will be given, but you will be given a credit towards your next reading/healing.
-If you schedule a reading or healing, please be on time for your reading. If you are late for your reading, your reading will still end at the allocated time.
-No same day appointments.
Shamanic Healing Policies:
- All first time healings must be done distance via Zoom or phone.
-If you request an At-Home Healing or land/house clearing, you will must be within 50 miles of Hightstown, NJ, please see the service for additional fees.
Products FAQ's
-Refunds and Exchanges will given within 15 days of purchase.
-No returns or refunds on custom made products, but if anything breaks within 3 months, I will be happy to fix it or replace it.
Other Policies...
-All appointments must be pre-paid.
-I have the right to refuse service to anyone I feel is acting in an aggressive and/or violent way. If this occurs you are banned from having a reading/healing from me for life.
-I do not do readings on illegal activity.
-Shamanic healings and other shamanic services are in no way meant to be a replacement for professional therapy or medical attention.
-All Death services, Officiant Services, Celebrant services will not be scheduled until we have had a free consultation so I can assess your needs.
Shipping Policy
What You Need to Know
Regular Products will be shipped with 3-5 days of purchase.
Custom made products will be sent out within 2 weeks of purchase.
Returns
How It Works
Premade products can be retuned within 15 days for a full refund. If you received anything and it is damaged, please let me know within 15 days and I will send you a new one or give you a full refund (your choice). There are no refunds on custom products, BUT if they are received damaged, I will send a replacement within 2 weeks of notice and if they become damaged within 3 months of purchase, I will happily replace and/or fix it for free
